Set in a stunning natural environment, Windermere’s Frankston Early Learning Centre (ELC) offers a caring and supportive learning environment for children. From extensive, interactive outside play spaces – complete with veggie garden – to dedicated workrooms and separate sleep rooms for infants, children will be encouraged to thrive. Our purpose designed ELC is a first class facility offering regular and structured care.

About the opportunity

We are looking for experienced and professional Lead Educators who possess demonstrated leadership skills. You will be inspired by educational philosophies such as the Reggio Emilia, and have knowledge relating to emergent curriculum practices. You will be responsible for designing and delivering educational programs that fosters strong connections with children and families through positive interactions.

Furthermore, your enthusiasm to mentor and support the professional development of our Assistant Educators will continue to ensure we provide an exceptional curriculum that supports children’s learning and development.

We currently have 1 x full-time position available and 1 x 4 month contract available.

About you

You will be Diploma qualified in Early Childhood Education with previous demonstrated experience as a Lead Educator within a Long Day Care setting. You will be highly skilled in the development and implementation of quality educational curriculum, including proficiency with planning cycles and documentation in line with EYLF, NQF and NQS.

Your exceptional mentoring, leadership and people skills with a natural ability to listen, learn, influence and build effective relationships with your team will be key to your success.
