Windermere aims to assist people with developmental delay and disability to identify support that really matters most to them. Our team of talented Occupational Therapists provide service to children and youth aged 0 -12 years who are demonstrating delays or difficulties with their development including gross and fine motor skills, regulation and social skills.

We are seeking two experienced OT's for a permanent and a fixed term parental leave position until July 2022. Recognised as a family friendly and flexible workplace environment, we are open to the successful applicant working full-time or part-time (22.8 or 30.4 hours per week).
We also offer a hybrid model of working remotely from home and meeting with consumers in their natural surroundings or within our offices in Berwick, Cranbourne and / or Pakenham.
As a Windermere Occupational Therapist, you will:
Provide discipline specific support and advice to families and children in relation to fine and gross motor, school readiness, assistive technology, regulation and social skills.
You are confident and enthusiastic with a ‘can-do’ attitude. You are self-motivated and can work independently to meet set targets, as well as forming part of a collaborative, family focused and holistic trans-disciplinary team. You are adaptable and resilient and thrive in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement of your practice ensures you make a real and lasting difference to the lives of your consumers.
You will have a tertiary qualification within Occupational Therapy and hold a current registration with AHPRA. Furthermore you will have specialist knowledge and relevant demonstrated OT experience within a paediatric practice.
