Windermere aims to assist people with developmental delay and disability to identify support that really matters most to them. Our team of talented Speech Pathologists provide service to children and youth aged 0 -12 years who may be demonstrating delays or difficulties with their development including speech, language, feeding and social skills.

We are currently seeking an experienced speech pathologist for a permanent full-time position but are open to part-time for the right applicant (22.8 or 30.4 hours per week). We offer a hybrid model of working remotely from home and meeting with consumers in their natural surroundings or within our offices in Berwick, Cranbourne and/or Pakenham.
