The role of the Customer Service Officer is to act as the first point of contact for visitors to within Australia, Sale Office, and undertake administrative functions that support the delivery of quality services.
YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
- Meet and greet all visitors to within Australia, Sale Office, in a professional and friendly manner
- Carry out receptionist duties, including answering and directing incoming calls to appropriate services and staff
- General administration support including photocopying, printing and uploading of client documents
