About the role

We are currently seeking experienced Care Service Employees (AIN’s) to join our committed team in providing exceptional care to our residents. A genuine person-centred approach is essential to the success of this role as we respond to the changing needs of our residents.

Essential criteria

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Individual Support
• Experience in aged care
• The ability to build positive relationships with your team and residents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
• Must be willing to complete a criminal history check prior to commencement and every 3 years
• Must have flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week, including weekends and evenings
• Must have evidence of current flu vaccination.

Remuneration

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the Wesley Mission Residential Aged Care & Villages Enterprise Agreement.
