In order to meet their immediate and ongoing needs, the Assistance with Care and Housing (ACH) program assists older people, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, to remain in the community through accessing appropriate, sustainable and affordable housing and linking them to community care and other support services.
We are currently seeking an experienced Case Worker to provide service across the Hunter Region. This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to join a committed organisation that is well respected in the sector.

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess the following:
Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, Level 4, with capacity for salary packaging and the provision of a fully maintained motor vehicle available for private use. Superannuation is paid in addition at 9.5%.
