We are seeking passionate, dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Youth Workers and Disability Support Workers to join our Intensive Therapeutic Care – Significant Disability [ITC-SD] team. About the program

The Intensive Therapeutic Care – Significant Disability (ITC-SD) service provides personal, therapeutic and clinical care and support to children and young people who live with a significant disability in our 2 homes in Carlingford. This program has a strong focus on facilitating and supporting young people in their journey to recovery from significant trauma or clinical needs.

Selection criteria

• RN & EN roles must have relevant qualification & registration as well as paediatric experience
• Diploma in Community Services or other relevant areas for Youth and Disability Support Workers
• 3 years’ experience in community service and disability service sectors
• experience working with children and young people with disability desirable
• effective communication and team work skills.
