About the program

Wesley LifeForce is a national suicide prevention program which delivers suicide intervention training and supports communities to develop localised suicide prevention initiatives.

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient administrator whose primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding administrative support to suicide prevention services staff at Wesley Mission. Your success in this role will be dependent not only on your administrative skills, but also the extent to which you get involved in promoting the program to key members of the community.

You will most likely have previous experience in administrative or office management roles in a small to medium business, or in a training organisation or in a not-for-profit enterprise. You will be self-motivated and confident in building relationships.

Essential criteria

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrated ability to think for yourself and work autonomously.

Desirable criteria

  • Proven administration experience
  • Experience in training administration and organisational activities.

Remuneration

Salary and employment conditions are negotiable with generous salary packaging benefits available.
