The Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) program aims to build capacity of funded kindergartens to support the access and participation of children with additional needs in inclusive kindergarten programs. The role of the Additional Assistant is to support the kindergarten staff in providing an inclusive program for all children in the kindergarten.
Applicants working toward qualifications in Early Childhood Education at the Certificate III or Diploma level are encouraged to apply.

To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having or working toward a Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services, Disability or Integration Aide
You will also have experience working in a kindergarten environment (preferred), and experience working with children with disabilities (preferred).
