We have an exciting opportunity for an administration professional to join our Rostering and Workforce Development team, which provides back of house support to our Youth Residential Services Program. The Youth Residential Services Program provides safe and supportive home environments for vulnerable children and young people who have often experienced past trauma and abuse, and are unable to live with family or foster carers.
As an Administration and Rostering Support Worker, you will play a key role in coordinating staffing rosters across 10 youth residential care homes. The role will work closely with the management team to review rostering requirements on a daily basis and ensure shifts are covered with appropriate staff. The role will also assist with various administrative and financial tasks including; data entry, generating reports, triaging calls, reconciliation of invoices and client brokerage records, and maintaining client records in accordance with program requirements.

To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having extensive experience in administration and rostering support roles. Previous experience in a human services organisation would be advantageous.
You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a varied workload with conflicting tasks and deadlines. A strong initiative and proactive attitude are essential to this role. Strong communication, organisation and problem solving skills is also key.
