About the opportunity

The Afterhours Consumer Support and Facilities Supervisor will provide a professional and responsive service to internal/external stakeholders and existing consumers ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

This involves assisting consumers with day-to-day enquiries, providing appropriate responses to unexpected issues or incidents that arise, documentation and incident reporting. The role also provide an on-site afterhours presence and provide a response and assistance when required.

About you

To be successful in this role; you will have:

  • Certificate or Diploma in community services, social work or related discipline (desirable but not essential).
  • Current First Aid and CPR training and Fire Warden Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Prior experience in community services sector and in residential care/housing unit (desirable).
