Our Care and Placement Services Program delivers support to vulnerable children and young people aged 0-18 years who are unable to live with their own families or are residing with family where intensive supports are in place.
As a Care and Placement Services Support Worker, you will work directly with children and young people residing in out of home care services. The role will assist children and young people with daily living tasks and will encourage them to develop and implement strategies to support positive behaviours. Support Workers will work in partnership with the wider care team to enhance the physical and emotional wellbeing and development of children and young people.
