We have an exciting opportunity for a Carer Recruitment and Carer Support Worker to join our Home Based Care Program. The program delivers support services to children and young people aged 0-18 years and their families in a foster care arrangement.
The role will also support our Keeping Connected Sibling Support and Placement Service Program, which aims to keep sibling groups together in a home based care setting and prevent children and young people from being placed in residential care unnecessarily.

To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having a Diploma in Community Services or equivalent qualification. Additional qualifications in Social Work, Marketing or Communications, or a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment will be highly regarded.
