About the opportunity

In this position you will be coordinating with a range of different Early Learning staff and services across Victoria & Tasmania in collecting and interpreting data, maintaining databases, maintaining content in our Learning Hub.

Due to the nature of this role, we are looking for someone with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, who would liaise with relevant external stakeholders, have a very high attention to detail, and analytical skills but most importantly someone who likes to work behind the scenes.

The role includes all areas of quality, funding and compliance tasks associated with licencing, inspections, incident reporting using National Quality Agenda IT System (NQAITS), data provision to the Department of Education, keeping up to date with changes in legislation and policy. 

This administrator will report to the Practice Manager for Early Learning and will assist in building and improving content in the Early Learning SharePoint Hub.

About you

  • Qualification in Business Administration or higher preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing administration support in an efficient manner.
  • Ability to liaise and negotiate effectively with key stakeholders to source correct information.
  • Experience in working unsupervised with a high level of initiative.
  • Familiarity with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly and thoroughly.
  • High level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, including the use of online meeting platforms and working in a SharePoint environment.
  • Experience in the Community sector or Early Learning is highly regarded.
