About the opportunity

We are seeking Diploma Qualified Educators who are passionate and motivated about making a positive difference in the lives of children and families accessing our community based early learning (long day care) services in Northern and Western Metropolitan Melbourne. The role is to work directly with other Educators supporting the development and implementation of a high quality education program in various services. Provision of high quality programs, excellent team communication and continuous variety of quality improvement are hallmarks of this position.

About you

You will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent as approved by ACECQA), which is essential. You will also have prior experience in an early childhood setting, be able to deliver high quality programs, have empathy, be resilient and have excellent communication skills. A desire to work in a collaborative team environment and ability to participate in the creation of a positive team culture are a must.
