About the opportunity

This position supports the leadership of a team which provides high quality early childhood education and care to children. The service will have 2 rooms or less operating simultaneously (or equivalent). This role includes both operational management and rostered time spent as part of the ratioed team providing direct service to children.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A Diploma in Children’s Services (or equivalent as approved by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority)
  • A current First Aid certificate suitable for an educational setting (including CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma)
  • A current employee Working with Children Check

You will also have a minimum of two years’ experience in the Early Childhood field, and the ability to gain approval as an Authorised Supervisor.
