About the opportunity

We are seeking Early Childhood Teachers who are passionate and motivated about making a positive difference in the lives of children and families accessing our community based early learning services. The ECT will work with Educators to develop and implement a high quality kindergarten program to a group of up to 22 children. Working in a shared kindergarten space, with a second kindergarten group operating on different days, a high level of ability to collaborate and work in a team is vital. Provision of high quality programs, pedagogical leadership and continuous quality improvement are hallmarks of this position.

About you

You are an experienced, passionate and dedicated Early Childhood professional and would like to make a difference to the lives of children and their families, and you have the following:

  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (or equivalent as approved by ACECQA)
  • Extensive prior experience in an early childhood setting including in a leadership role. 
  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of high quality programs 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and build a collaborative team environment and positive team culture are a must.
