We have an outstanding opportunity for a passionate and experienced individual to work with a highly reputable and iconic community services organisation.
This role will make a tangible difference in people’s lives through helping them gain employment by actively engaging with 'work ready' job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes.
You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Vocational Action Plans by referring participants to relevant vocational / non vocational activities to support job readiness and securing sustainable employment and will be working on the disability employment service contract.
