We have an exciting opportunity to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Head of Housing Strategy & Asset Planning. This is an essential role within the organisation as the Executive Assistant (EA) will act as point of contact and support the work in areas of governance, business support, compliance and risk, reporting and housing compliance.
The role is responsible for managing key priorities, capturing information, coordinating meetings and building high level relationships with key stakeholders, including providing project support to the broader Housing & Property division when required.
In addition to providing general support and assistance, the role will prepare and coordinate briefings, manage diary and travel, and develop and maintain systems and processes.
