The Integrated Family Services Program supports families who are experiencing high levels of stress and difficulties that impact on parenting, family life and children’s well being. Responding to referrals from The Orange Door, the program provides assertive outreach and home based supports.
As a Case Support Worker you will work in collaboration with Family Services Practitioners to support families who are experiencing vulnerability by providing friendly communication to monitor wellbeing and promote social inclusion. The role will provide support with the delivery of group work activities.
