About the opportunity

This position reports to the Coordinators responsible for the Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) program in the North West and South West Victoria Regions (Metropolitan area).

Working closely with the Coordinators and the wider KIS team, you will develop strong relationships with both staff and external kindergarten teams across both regions, and support the program in the areas of placements, recruitment, staff development and other projects.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications or relevant experience (desirable).
  • Demonstrated administrative, recruitment and placement experience, preferably with a working knowledge of the Early Years and related programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and organisation of events.
  • Sound computer skills including in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Project management skills.
  • Proven experience working autonomously and within a team environment.
  • Highly developed communication skills.
