About the opportunity

As a member of the Community and External Relations team, this role partners with our Child, Youth and Family teams within Operations to identify key marketing opportunities for Foster Care.

The role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of integrated marketing activities to increase the recruitment and retention of accredited carers into Uniting’s Foster Care program.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or a related discipline, with at least 3 years’ experience in acquisition and retention marketing.
  • Extensive demonstrated experience in strategic marketing communications, preferably in a large complex organisation and/or the community services sector.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence strategic marketing outcomes with a range of stakeholders across the organisation.
  • A willingness to be proactive and contribute to the continuous improvement of a positive, collaborative and effective work environment.
  • Experience with HubSpot and optimising customer journeys highly desirable, along with experience working with carers and professionals supporting children and young people in the community.
