As the Mental Health Wellbeing Worker, you will provide an outcome-focused, time-limited mental health recovery modelled service delivery.
Through individual program planning, you will support consumer’s lifestyle choices and assist in developing skills and strategies to manage their mental health, access community resources, enhance their everyday living skills, and achieve their mental health and wellbeing goals.
Your role extends support across all Mental Health programs, catering to diverse age groups based on individual program requirements.
You’ll be joining a well-established, experienced team and the region's largest provider of Mental Health Services.
It’s a part-time role until 31 December 2025, involving 53.2 hours per fortnight. We can offer some flexibility about how the hours are worked; let us know what suits you, and we can see if we can make that work.
In addition to your base hourly rate (SCHADS Level 4) and superannuation, you’ll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits, which can be used for living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.
