We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to join our multi-disciplinary team at the new Inner East Orange Door. The Orange Door Program brings together workforces from Community Service Organisations, Aboriginal Services, Family Safety Victoria and DFFH, to deliver an integrated practice model and a consolidated intake point for:
Uniting will be focusing specifically on the provision of services to vulnerable families who require extra support with the care, development and wellbeing of infants, children and young people.
As Team Leader, you will provide leadership, coordination and mentoring support to a team of Practitioners and Senior Practitioners within the Orange Door. The role will work in partnership with the Orange Door Leadership team to develop and implement a high quality, client focused service response for families in need. Within the integrated model, the Team Leader will also establish and maintain collaborative relationships with partner organisations and agencies across the broader service system.
