The Integrated Family Services Program supports families who are experiencing high levels of stress and difficulties that impact on parenting, family life and children’s well being. Responding to referrals from Child FIRST, the program provides assertive outreach and home-based supports.
As a Senior Practitioner, you will provide case management support to vulnerable children and their families experiencing a range of issues with a higher level of complexity. The Senior Practitioner will work closely with the Team Leader to manage workflows and provide guidance and mentoring support to Practitioners within the team. The role will maintain collaborative relationships with Child Protection, other agencies and services, and engage in local networking opportunities. The role may also support emergency relief service delivery as required.
