The Playgroup Facilitator is responsible for delivering smalltalk playgroups, establishing relationships with participants and offering in home support to isolated and disadvantaged families with children aged 0-5 years. Smalltalk introduces parents to evidence-based parenting strategies which aim to enhance their children’s development and home learning environment. The Facilitator will also provide developmental play experiences using the smalltalk framework for children, increase parent confidence, capacity and connectedness to the community.
