CRM Project Training Analyst - Australia-Wide

The position

The Training Analyst serves as a specialist in the construction and delivery of training to support the CRM project rollout. You will be responsible for ensuring that all directly and indirectly impacted World Vision staff gain the required skills and knowledge to use the new system and new business processes to complete their tasks effectively and efficiently.

Your role plays an integral part in the organisation, enabling us to support our mission of empowering Australians to create meaningful change for the world’s most vulnerable children and adults.

This is a contract role until September 2022.

In addition to this you will:

  • Conduct change and training gap and needs assessment / analysis
  • Design, develop, plan, prepare and produce learning packages to assist with the successful deployment of the new CRM
  • Manage stakeholders, identifying and managing issues and risks relating to stakeholders and reporting to the Project manager as required
  • Implement competency-based training assessments to measure performance, quality of training materials and programs
  • Apply adult learning theories when developing training and assessment material
  • Champion the project delivery practices that lead to the production of high-quality solutions

Who we’re looking for 

As the successful applicant you will have previous CRM and Project experience and be a strong communicator with enthusiasm, creativity and outstanding interpersonal skills.

You will have:

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning and instructional design principles, and how these principles interact with current education/training delivery and competency-based assessment mediums
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering face to face training, including the use of technology such as MS Teams for virtual engagement
  • Demonstrated experience in working on a change project in the role of change / training analyst, conducting CIA sessions, developing TNA, and developing and delivering training to end users
  • A high level of conceptual and analytical skills with the capacity to develop training solutions for a range of complex issues
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams
  • The ability to present well-informed and researched data and information for decision-making purposes that impact people positively
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Captivate or similar digital learning platform
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience in Training
