The Marketing Advisor role exists to develop and execute marketing plans for the mass and middle donor segments. This encompasses both growth and retention activities within these segments.
In this full time role, you will be accountable for developing marketing plans and activity to; increase the financial and non-financial value (growth) and tenure (retention) of supporters in the mass and middle donor segments.
This role will work in close collaboration with key stakeholders across the business, requiring a hands-on approach to developing and executing on a marketing plan that will support the segments in achieving their income targets. This role requires leadership, team management, plan development, campaign planning and execution, stakeholder and supplier relationship management.
