What you will bring:

As a highly organised and pro-active individual, you will thrive having your finger on the pulse and managing the many moving parts of the Marketing traffic workflow end to end. You will love and be a stickler for process -  both managing and improving it. You will enjoy managing many different stakeholders, balancing their needs along with the varying Marketing deliverables, ensuring they are met. Your previous traffic coordinator / project management experience will be highly regarded, along with your outstanding communication and organisation skills, and your meticulous attention to detail.  

In this role you will:

  • Manage a high volume of Marketing requests, in line with existing priorities and deliverables and managing stakeholder expectations accordingly. 
  • Support the scoping of requests and ensure briefs are delivered of consistently high standards and negotiate deliverables with stakeholders to ensure appropriate expectations are communicated and managed. 
  • Allocate briefs to appropriate Marketing teams, managing workload and resourcing of projects across the department. 
  • Influence continuous improvement and workflow process efficiencies within the Marketing team, as appropriate. 
  • Ownership of the workflow management process, ensuring the status of all Marketing deliverables is up to date and any roadblocks anticipated and reported on. 
  • Communicate risks, roadblocks and obstacles to Marketing leadership for intervention, recommending solutions as appropriate. 
  • Develop and manage regular reports on scheduling and departmental capacity and update of the Marketing capacity planner & associated tools.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of Marketing Operating processes & tools.
  • Contribute to the organisations annual planning cycle through forecasted scheduling for an annual calendar of activity.

Your skills and experience will include:

  • A bachelor degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications or relevant field. 
  • At least 5 years experience of project workflow coordination / management within a high volume, fast paced Marketing, Creative, Print or Agency environment. 
  • Experience with managing multiple deliverables across multiple output mediums including online and print. 
  • Ability to work well within time constraints and manage competing priorities in a fast paced, high volume environment.   
  • Experience with process mapping and process documentation would be beneficial.  
  • Ability to use existing tools and knowledge to forecast future needs.
  • Excellent time management skills, multi-tasking between responsibilities, systems, procedures and priorities with the ability to pivot when needed. 
  • Strong ability to solve problems and maintain attention to detail. 
  • The ability to work in a team environment and autonomously, while fostering a future focused mindset.

This is a fixed term contract role until end November 2021.
