Product Manager

This unique opportunity will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to drive donor and business value through the ownership of multiple product lines. Your role plays an integral part in the organisation, enabling us to support our mission of empowering Australians to create meaningful change for the world’s most vulnerable children and adults.

The Product Manager will be responsible for the success of a portfolio of products that will improve value and engagement for a rapidly growing market segment, as well as the discovery of new products to meet the needs of emerging segments. It works closely with senior leaders from across the organisation to define the product vision and long-term strategic direction, and oversees the product development pipeline. You’ll work with a talented and collaborative team to deliver compelling products and experiences at scale that solve real problems for our donors. 

In addition to this:

  • Work closely with Design, Data & Analytics, Digital Delivery and GTM teams to drive donor engagement and feature adoption
  • Ensure the product remains operationally sustainable and continues to meet the needs of WVA Field strategy and business objectives
  • Monitor product releases and pricing, and optimise as required to achieve product-market fit
  • Ensure rigorous testing is conducted to mitigate risks and maximise outcomes
  • Partner with Field Impact, Finance, Technology and GTM teams to ensure full field-to-market feasibility and viability of products and experiences
  • Establish a clear set of metrics for success across user, quality, revenue and profit, and partner with the analytics team to develop a robust reporting suite to effectively monitor product health

Who we’re looking for 

As the successful applicant, you will have a breadth of capabilities including enthusiasm, creativity and outstanding interpersonal skills.

In addition to this:

  •  Experience in delivering technology powered products, preferably in enterprise or complex operating environments and within an Agile framework
  • A deep understanding of design thinking and performance analytics
  • Ability to break down complex problems, deliver tangible business outcomes and manage changing priorities
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management skills and a bias for action
