Retail Campaign Specialist

As the Retail Campaign Specialist for World Vision Australia, you will play a critical role in campaign management, development and execution of retail channel plans to deliver on income targets.  You will develop marketing briefs on behalf of channel heads and support teams to deliver campaign requirements.

In this full time role, you will work closely with marketing teams, providing insights and requirements whilst being the conduit between marketing and retail.  You will support the retail channels by identifying and developing innovative retention, fundraising and acquisition programs/campaigns across the retail channels that engage supporters.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Retail Channel Program and campaign development - Deliver innovative retail programs to increase community engagement of our supporters through the community and partnerships that drives acquisitions through retail channels that meet that business requirements
  • Retail Strategy - Innovatively develop and implement fundraising and subscription strategies collaboratively with the wider organisation that drive growth of the business; using insights and identifying retail innovation opportunities to engage supporters across all retail channels
  • Vendor/Partnership management - Oversee the end to end process for event/activation design, supplier and agency negotiation and logistics, partners, stakeholder and audience engagement, venue and exhibition liaison, etc.
  • Marketing Campaign Management - Collaborate with the marketing and retail teams to build and execute marketing and fundraising campaigns (retention and acquisition) for mass markets that create awareness and drive traffic across retail channels

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Strong experience in Marketing and events, campaign or experiential experience
  • Creative, Innovative and Intuitive
  • Strong Planning and Organising skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage projects cross functionally
  • Integrated Marketing    
  • Flexibility, Agility and Adaptability         
  • Degree Qualified in Marketing or similar discipline
