An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Transactional services Manager to join our team at World Vision Australia. This is a permanent full- time opportunity based at our Burwood East, Vic office
As the Transactional services Manager you will be reporting to the Financial Controller and managing a small team, the role encompasses strategic and operational leadership and is process improvement focused. The Transactional services Manager will manage and oversee all transactional processes, along with driving process improvement, process mapping and delivering a high-performance team and outcomes, enabling us to fulfil our mission of helping the world’s most vulnerable.
The role leads and manages the Processing Services Team, which is responsible for various elements of transaction processing, including: income from donors, vendor payments, corporate credit card expenses and intercompany transactions.
This role engages regularly with the business to understand the current business activities and initiatives and plans appropriate team responses to these. The role will be responsible for ensuring an agile, responsive, and flexible team environment.
The role will work collaboratively with members across the business and outsourced service providers in order to become more effective with resource allocation, alignment of activity, productivity, and process improvement.
We are seeking someone who is a highly motivated individual, results oriented, with demonstrated success in project management and process improvement.
Tertiary qualification in Business, Banking or Process Management discipline or similar, you are aware of relevant PCI legislation
