WRISC Family Violence Support is located in the Central Highlands region, Victoria. This 0.6 EFT Therapeutic Intake position is a position supporting intake and development within the Family Violence Creative and Therapeutic Services (FV-CaTS) consortium. The consortium provides therapeutic services for women, children and families across 6 LGA’s of the Central Highlands Region that have experienced family violence.

FV-CaTS has three key service delivery programs:

  • WRISC - Van Go Children’s Creative Therapy Program
  • Berry Street – Restoring Childhood
  • Ballarat Community Health - Family Violence Counselling

The FV-CaTS Therapeutic Intake role will work across the three programs with an exciting opportunity to be part of developing and implementing new intake processes to streamline intake and referral pathways between the FV-CaTS and external agencies such as The Orange Door. This is a 10-month contract position (with the possibility of being on-going – pending funding) that will be based at WRISC within the Van Go program with colocation opportunities within the FV-CaTS consortia to provide dynamic and innovative collaboration across the three programs.
