About the role

The Digital Marketing Campaigns Specialist plans and executes data-driven digital marketing campaigns to achieve WWF-Australia's marketing, engagement, advocacy and fundraising objectives. The role coordinates data and analytics, measures performance and generates insights across all digital platforms to grow online audiences, generate new leads and drive conversion across all digital, content and social platforms.

Skills, knowledge and experience

  • Demonstrated digital marketing skills in driving and optimising traffic via content marketing platforms - search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimisation (SEO).
  • A track record of successfully developing and implementing multi-platform digital marketing campaigns, including optimising and re-purposing creative and content.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital media campaign planning (including building media schedules).
  • Demonstrated experience using social media, digital platforms (including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Native/Display), tools, and technologies to achieve business objectives.
  • A track record of using data, insights and analytics, including Google Analytics and Google Data Studio (or similar data visualisation tool), to build, optimise and engage social communities and content.
  • Working knowledge of and experience working with web development/design, UX and digital production agencies and experts.
  • Experience managing digital affiliate networks and partners, including reporting and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to write briefs and coordinate agency relationships.
  • Familiarity with project methodologies and their application (Scrum or Agile).
  • Demonstrated requirements gathering and documentation skills, and an ability to interpret data from multiple sources and translate information into performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills within a complex work environment.
  • A positive, solutions-focused working style within a team environment.

Digital creative production skills and Basic / intermediate HTML skills are advantageous but not essential. The ideal candidate will be aligned with WWF's vision, mission and I-CCaRe Values - Integrity, Courage, Collaboration and Respect.
