The Diversity and Inclusion Lead will provide specialist capacity, as part of the Corporate Services Team, to ensure supportive and inclusive HR processes and work/programmatic environments for employees and external stakeholders.
The Diversity and Inclusion Lead will help foster diverse, accessible and inclusive culture, environments and work practices at YACVic, by developing relevant organisational policies and guidance; providing a diversity and inclusion lens to operational activity; and delivering and/or procuring relevant training and professional development opportunities for staff.
