About the role 

The Project Coordinator role is responsible for the day to day coordination and delivery of maintenance and construction projects at existing property assets, including occupied premises.  

About you

You will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to negotiate and influence a range of stakeholders

You will also possess the following:

  • Excellent communication skills and previous experience liaising between management, contractors and stakeholders
  • Excellent time management skills including ability to prioritise tasks and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated experience and success in delivery of asset management upgrade projects 
  • Tertiary qualification(s) in project management, building and construction or other related discipline
  • Experience working in social housing will be viewed favourably

  • Full-time position, 12-Month fixed term contract
  • 5 weeks annual leave with 17.5% annual leave loading
