Are you an experienced Child and Family Practitioner who’s willing to do whatever it takes to create change? Would you like to genuinely make a difference in your role?
Our Intensive Family Support Service works alongside families with complex needs who are at risk of entering the child protection system. In this role you’ll work with parents, carers young people, and children from unborn to 18 years of age to strengthen their families to respond to challenges and thrive. You’ll have time and support to spend with families to get to know them and their needs, build trust and work out with them what will make a difference.
You’ll be part of a team of skilled professionals who are passionate about supporting vulnerable families and backing them to thrive.
Role location: Jimboomba
Role type: Full-time
Pay range: $85,126 - $86,948 a year based on experience, with salary sacrificing available
