Senior Worker - Responsible Men

YFS Ltd

We are looking for a highly skilled, organised and efficient Senior Worker to lead the operational planning for our Responsible Men program.

YFS has been working in men’s family violence and behaviour change for a long time and we do it well, but we think now is the time to do things differently. The Senior Worker will be pivotal in ensuring that we continue to deliver top class services while complying with practice standards.

If you have experience in direct service delivery, particularly in domestic and family violence services, as well as excellent organisation and time management skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, this could be the job for you.

We promise no two days will be the same. You will go from co-facilitating behaviour change groups, to writing reports, to building relationships with stakeholders, with the backing of a Practice Manager and a supportive Senior Management team.
