About the marketing and creative team:

We are rebuilding the marketing team with several positions currently out to market. There is some flexibility in each vacant role, capable of being tailored to the unique skill set of the individual. The aim is to build a small team with complimenting skills addressing many of the ‘desired’ skills/experience noted below. While flexible, we envision this Manager role to have oversight and accountability on the creative outputs of the team in addition to working on various marketing projects and improvements.

The marketing team supports the needs and requests of roughly 10 recreation locations and 25 OSHC’s/ELC’s (ranging from program promotion to integrated membership campaigns and everything in-between). In addition to retail/consumer-oriented marketing, the team also fulfils the organisations business-to-business strategies including tender preparation and communications to the 600+ YMCA South Australia team.

The marketing team is primarily based at YMCA South Australia Support Services (Waymouth Street). The team enjoys a strong work life balance with flexibility in office hours and partial work from home ability. Some ad-hoc and infrequent travel may be required to visit locations.
