As the Senior Social Impact & Evaluation Coordinator, you will support the business in a phased rollout of the Social Impact Measurement strategy in through 2024. This will include capability of building of staff, specialist support to key business units and implementation of data systems.
Working closely with the Executive Manager of Impact, you will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Measurement, Evaluation & Learning plans for business units. The design, delivery and ongoing refinement of business-unit specific plans and organisational-wide frameworks will incorporate the development of organisational policies, practices and standards, to ensure a coordinated and best practice in research and evaluative thinking. This is a full time role with a fixed term contract (24 months), with an annual salary package of $98,019 - $108,244 (incl. superannuation) based on qualifications and experience. This role will be a work from home role, with the expectation of extensive travel to sites around Victoria to support data collection and analytics in our programs and services. 1-2 days a week are also based in the Y Victoria State Office in Box Hill.
You’re a strong leader and communicator with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively on long term goals, new opportunities and improvements, and how to achieve them. You have demonstrated experience leading measurement, evaluation and learning of program and projects in non-for-profit sectors, and demonstrated ability in evaluation culture, backed with an extensive knowledge in theories, approaches and methodologies. You have a minimum if two years’ experience in relevant field/s, 3-5 years of experience is highly desirable.
