About the role

The Business Analyst – Business Process Modelling is responsible for supporting the organisation wide digital technology transformation.

You will investigate, analyse and create graphical processes models for current and future state business processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking significant stakeholder engagement activities to capture to capture and create business process models, including corporate and project governance;
  • Supporting the wider ID&T team with requests for pricing, proposals, plans and reports aligned to future state business process models;
  • Analysing and designing business processes and identifying alternative solutions to leverage new technologies and automation.

About you

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Strong demonstrated experience developing and graphically presenting business process models, including presenting gaps and solutions aligned to the broader business strategies, targets and budgets;
  • High level writing skills coupled with the ability to translate current practices and technical information into business process models;
  • Proven experience in supporting multiple projects and creating varied business process models to meet tight deadlines;
  • Strong relationship building and influential skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Acute attention to detail and highly developed editing skills;
  • Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking coupled with a results driven attitude.
