About the role

In this newly created role of Demand Manager you will manage the incoming business requests for technology and work closely with the ID&T team to fit the requests into a prioritised portfolio road-map. Your other key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the business to understand their IT requirements and to determine whether this aligns to yourtown’s strategy.  
  • Developing a pipeline of works and presenting it at steering committees;
  • Forecasting the incoming tech demands and assisting with budgets and future tech investments.

About you

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Demonstrated technical experience within a similar role, as well as:
  • Extensive experience working through organisational change and developing and implementing creative solutions;
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary change management frameworks and practices;

Equally as important to us are your strong relationship building/influential skills, excellent communication skills and acute attention to detail.
