About the role

The IT Contracts Coordinator supports the IT Commercial Manager to review, manage and maintain the technology vendor contracts in ID&T. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the due diligence process in all contractual drafting, in line with yourtown’s risk framework;
  • Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for all vendor relationships and associated contracts;
  • Assist in the development of frameworks for vendor management;
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to oversee the end to end procurement process.

About you

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Demonstrated technical experience within a similar role;
  • Strong experience in an IT Commercial or operational role including the management of the full life-cycle of ICT agreements and suppliers;
  • Sound working knowledge of interpreting and delivering tech-based contractual obligations;

Equally as important to us are your strong relationship building/influential skills, excellent communication skills, acute attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
