About the role

Reporting into the Digital and Technology Operations Manager the IT Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for leading multiple projects within the Operations portfolio, to uplift maturity. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • End to end project management through defined phases and stage gate approvals;
  • Delivering the projects to time, budget and scope in line with the appropriate project management methodology, processes, templates and policy;
  • Being the conduit between tech, the business, and 3rd parties throughout the project life cycle;
  • Ensuring that project governance is effective, risks are highlighted to stakeholders and project finances are managed and reported.

About you

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management/Business Administration or a related discipline coupled with demonstrated technical experience within a commercial environment in end to end project management;
  • Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure and operations projects;
  • Strong relationship building and influential skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Highly developed communication skills and a strong customer centric approach;
  • Demonstrated understanding of transformational agendas and the ability to meet tight deadlines;
  • Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking coupled with a results driven attitude.
