About the opportunity

The Service Desk Analyst will join an existing (and amazing) team. The role will give you the scope to put your mark on it, make it your own, and along the way be involved in supporting the business towards a game-changing digital environment.

In this role you will provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to internal users, troubleshoot software, hardware telephony, and network-related issues as well as maintaining existing systems, hardware, and software.

What you will bring to this role

  • Demonstrated experience within an operational IT support role where you have supported users across a variety of technologies; 
  • Exceptional customer centric mindset, with the ability to respond to customer needs over the phone, email, and in-person;
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with a solutions driven attitude.
