About the role

Reporting into the Portfolio and Program Manager the Technology Business Analyst is responsible for the analysis, recommendation and delivery of integrated tech solutions for large and complex projects within yourtown. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the business to capture their requirements and drive solutions by bringing the tech team together;
  • Facilitating workshops to map current needs and ideal future and translate to user stories;
  • Being the conduit between tech and the business;
  • Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure there are no gaps between design specs and delivery specs.

About you

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT/Project Management or a related discipline coupled with demonstrated technical experience within a similar role;
  • Strong experience in agile ways of working and working across multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Strong stakeholder management experience – both tech and the business.

Equally as important to us are your strong relationship building/influential skills, excellent communication skills and acute attention to detail.
