The position will initiate the intake/triage and active waitlist management including risk assessment, safety planning and support for clients.
This position’s primary purpose is to provide culturally secure counselling services to clients of Yorgum affected by domestic and family violence, child sexual abuse and grief and loss.
This position is responsible for client and activity operation of the Link-Up program to ensure quality standards are maintained and services are being achieved.
Provide services for Aboriginal people affected by their involvement with the Royal Commission investigating institutional responses to child sexual abuse.

Lead and supervise Yorgum’s counselling services and oversight and evaluation of clinical governance policies, procedures and guidelines as well as directing quality improvement activities.
