In this full-time, permanent role, you'll have a unique opportunity to lead and inspire our VIC and SA teams* to achieve impact for children, families and communities. Either based in Melbourne or Adelaide or within an hour of a major airport, you'll be a key member of our Senior Management Team and will report to our CEO of 54 reasons.
You will make an impact by:
* This role also oversees our 1800RESPECT team who are primarily based across VIC and SA, with a small team in NT.
You're a natural leader with a thorough understanding of child rights focused service delivery, and a passion for creative and strategic thinking. Your empathy and highly developed interpersonal skills give you a flair for engaging with stakeholders across diverse backgrounds and experiences. A strong leadership approach that combines operational excellence with flexibility and resilience will see you and your team achieve success.
