A place to make a difference:

In these newly created maximum term roles (through to end of December 2026), you'll work as a part of our Wellbeing team in Mount Isa to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. Reporting to our Team Leader, you'll be a key member of our DFV support team.
Note: There are multiple part-time (3-4 days a week) and full time roles available, depending on your preference.

You will make a difference by:

  • Working collaboratively within a small team to support women and children experiencing domestic, family and/or sexual violence
  • Providing case management, therapeutic healing sessions, risk assessments and safety planning
  • Delivering recovery activities and facilitating group work, including a respectful relationships program to young people in schools and the community
  • Promoting skills which increase health, healing, safety, and recovery
  • Enhancing stakeholder relationships and partnerships
