We are seeking applications for an experienced Team Leader to join us in Mount Isa as part of the Family and Child Connect Team. This program works with and supports families (with children up to 18 years of age) who are experiencing a range of challenges that are impacting the safety, health, wellbeing and/or connectedness of those children or young people.

Broadly speaking, the FaCC Team Leader will;
You're an experienced Team Leader with high levels of initiative and flexibility alongside cultural sensitivity and knowledge. You're able to respond calmly and effectively in complex situations.
